Following its success at EWEC 2008, the Wind Energy Finance Forum is now an integral part of the EWEC conference programme.

Why attend?

  • build a credible portfolio of contacts with key decision makers
  • meet the key players in the industry - the right people, in the right place, at the right time
  • develop knowledge and understanding of the industry and its key issues
  • discover the leading projects and companies at the exhibition

From over 6,000 EWEC 2008 participants, over 400 financing experts, project developers and senior industry players attended last year’s Wind Energy Finance Forum.

Designed by experts with practical experience in wind energy financing and investment, the forum is dedicated to examining a wide range of finance-related topics, namely public markets, project finance, risk assessment, private equity of wind farms and the impact of wind on electricity prices.

The Forum will take place during the EWEC conference, from 16-19 March 2009. Registered conference delegates will also have access to the biggest ever EWEC exhibition, which will be held at the same time, featuring over 300 exhibitors from all over the world.
